Swerhone Architects worked with a client with a very clear specific set of plans and specs. The value we added to the project was the development speed of the documents, knowledge of the codes, and thorough documents to speed up the permitting process. This is a 2,689 SF Health and Personal Care Facility including a waiting area, reception, office space, and treatment suites.

Derrick was the Project Architect while principal at Talent’s Architecture, LLC. Union Station consists of (2) retail buildings, Building 2 14, 279 SF wood frame 65’- bays with 5,000 SF South restaurant with exterior plaza. Occupancy B ,M, & A-2. Building 3 15,515 SF wood frame fully sprinklered. 5,000 SF restaurant w/mezzanine anchor to south end, with 7,000 SF with 24’-36’ high ceiling for climbing walls. Occupancy B, M, & A-2.
