Union Station consists of (2) retail buildings,

Building 2

• 14, 279 SF wood frame 65’- bays with 5,000 SF South restaurant with exterior plaza.
• Occupancy B ,M, & A-2.

Building 3

• 15,515 SF wood frame fully sprinklered. 5,000 SF restaurant w/mezzanine anchor to south end, with 7,000 SF with 24’-36’ high ceiling for climbing walls.
• Occupancy B, M, & A-2.
