Dish Network

Swerhone Architecture partnered directly with property owner Ron Jones to deliver a two-phase tenant improvement project for Dish Network, addressing both operational needs and energy code challenges related to conditioned space within a freeze-protect-only warehouse.

To meet a fast-track timeline and phased occupancy goals, the project was completed in two stages:

Phase 1 included 4,904 SF of warehouse and storage space to support Dish Network’s field operations. This area also featured an ADA-compliant unisex restroom and space for loading service vehicles.

Phase 2 added 1,425 SF of conditioned general office space, including private offices, collaborative work areas, a break room, and additional restrooms—designed to enhance employee comfort and workflow.

Swerhone Architecture delivered a flexible, code-compliant solution that supports both the logistical and administrative needs of a national service provider.
