As principal architect with Avalon, Derrick collaborated closely with TK Partners, LLC to deliver a site plan featuring 38,229 SF of single-story retail space across four distinct buildings. The layout supports a 4/1000 parking ratio and emphasizes visibility, convenience, and ease of circulation for both tenants and visitors.
