Wisteria Manor is a (24)-unit apartment project for low-income seniors. The three-story double loading design offers a range of amenities for it’s residents; exterior balconies, common dayroom per floor, outdoor recreational area, and individual garden plots. The project was funded and is managed by the Vancouver Housing Authority.
