Springbrook Village

This innovative low-income housing project was developed for the Vancouver Housing Authority by the Springbrook LLC, consortium. This is a mixed-use project, including a new YMCA and commercial pads. These additional projects were developed by others.

The unit mix is (18) loft studios, (28) studio flats, (28) one-bedroom flats, (50) two-bedroom flats, (129) two-bedroom townhomes, (36) three-bedroom townhomes, (8) four-bedroom townhomes, and a 2,000 SF office/clubhouse with a 900 SF maintenance building.

All housing units are integrated and distributed within three distinct basic building types.
