Architect worked closely with a local homebuilder to “make-over” selected home designs from their existing portfolio of homes. The architect focused exclusively on the street elevations, with minor revisions to floor plans as required. The homebuilder’s target market is typically a two-story, 3-bedrm, home ranging between 2,500SF -3,000 SF. The Owner’s requested a contemporary, popular, craftsman style homes, with timber and stone details. Architect provided services, from preliminary sketches, through to colored rendering and construction details for each home. Two alternative elevations were provided for the five homes requested.
