Covington Commons

Derrick Swerhone was the principal in charge of this affordable housing development while in a previous partnership, HS/A. The Client Affordable Community Environments (ACE), a Community Development Corporation exists to “provide accessible, affordable housing with available support services in an innovative living environment for residents.”

Covington Commons is a 40-unit community with a spacious community center. All units are flats: 20-2/bedroom, 4-4/bedroom, 8-3/bdrm, and 8-1/bdrm mix.
