Green Gables

Green Gables is a 66-unit townhouse community located in Ridgefield, Washington. Working from a pre-approved site plan provided by the client, Avalon was tasked with designing a variety of townhome buildings that respond thoughtfully to the site’s layout and context.

The development features a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-unit buildings, with architectural solutions tailored to the site’s access and circulation. Some units include rear-loaded garages accessed via alleyways, while others are designed with front-facing garages to optimize the flow of both vehicles and pedestrians throughout the neighborhood.

The result is a cohesive residential community offering diverse home types within a unified design framework.
