Covington Commons

Covington Commons is a thoughtfully designed 40-unit affordable housing community developed for Affordable Community Environments (ACE), a mission-driven Community Development Corporation. As principal in charge with HS/A, Derrick Swerhone led the project’s planning and design.

The community includes a mix of one- to four-bedroom flats arranged to promote inclusivity and comfort. A spacious community center anchors the site, offering residents a shared space for gathering, support services, and engagement.

Unit breakdown:

• 8 one-bedroom flats
• 20 two-bedroom flats
• 8 three-bedroom flats
• 4 four-bedroom flats
