Interior Build-Out and Facility Upgrades

Swerhone Architecture partnered with the general contractor to deliver a highly functional interior build-out for Statco-DSI in Woodland, Washington. The project involved retrofitting a pre-engineered metal building to include a two-story, 6,000-square-foot wood-frame office addition within the existing structure.

This modern design strategically connects Statco-DSI’s advanced assembly floor with its office operations. As a result, workflow between design, administration, and production teams is more streamlined and efficient—creating a space that supports both innovation and productivity.

Statco-DSI is a leading provider of sanitary processing systems, offering equipment, engineering, and services across multiple industries. With eleven offices nationwide, they are one of North America’s largest distributors and systems integrators in the food, dairy, and beverage sectors.

By integrating functionality with flexibility, Swerhone Architecture helped create a workspace that supports Statco-DSI’s continued growth and leadership in process solutions.
