Springbrook Village
Developed for the Vancouver Housing Authority by the Springbrook LLC consortium, Springbrook Village is a large-scale, integrated community serving low-income residents through thoughtful site planning and diverse housing options.
The development features a mix of 297 residential units—including loft studios, flats, and multi-bedroom townhomes—distributed across three distinct building types. The unit breakdown includes:
- 18 loft studios
- 28 studio flats
- 28 one-bedroom flats
- 50 two-bedroom flats
- 129 two-bedroom townhomes
- 36 three-bedroom townhomes
- 8 four-bedroom townhomes
The project also includes a 2,000 SF office/clubhouse and a 900 SF maintenance building. While adjacent YMCA and commercial parcels were developed separately, their proximity supports the community-focused, mixed-use vision for the site.
