This innovative low-income housing project was developed for the Vancouver Housing Authority by the Springbrook LLC, consortium. This is a mixed-use project, including a new YMCA and commercial pads. These additional projects were developed by others.

The unit mix is (18) – loft studios, (28)- studio flats, (28)-one-bedroom flats, (50)-two-bedroom flats, (129)- two-bedroom townhomes, (36)- three-bedroom townhomes, (8)-four-bedroom townhomes, and 2,000 SF office/clubhouse with a 900 SF maintenance building.

All housing units are integrated and distributed within three distinct basic building types.
