The 30-unit Lutheran Family Housing & Daycare.
This project involved (5) 6-plex residential townhomes specifically targeting single-parent families. The innovative aspect of this project was the detached 3,000 SF Daycare at the center of the project. As a condition of their tenancy the families provided required volunteer hours at the daycare, This project was sponsored by the Saskatchewan Housing Authority. Derrick worked at the time at Gary Marvin Architect, Saskatoon Canada.
