Hidden Homestead is a 2.05-acre development, sub-divided into 22 separate tax lots. The project consists of 18 zero-lot-line/common wall units in three 6-plex clusters and four attached dwelling units in two paired (duplex) clusters. Avalon provided all site planning, including lot and street configuration and full architectural design of individual units and buildings. The Owner consulted with Avalon through all aspects of the public hearing process.
