This auto dealership is a replacement building situated along a busy highway commercial corridor, among many other auto retailers. The site has a dramatic sloped condition, dictating a multi-level approach. The Architect worked closely with the national dealer and the local owner, to design a compact urban automotive service center. This approx. 15,000 SF facility proving an innovative show room, sales offices, service write-up, a 6- bays service center, lunch and locker room, and extensive parts dept.
