The remodel of an existing restaurant into a small start-up community church in an economically deprived district, located along the I-5 corridor of Hazel Dell, WA. The congregation completely gutted the old Bavarian restaurant into a fellowship hall for worship. Swerhone Architecture worked closely with the city to enable second-story classrooms through new exterior exit stairs.
