Mill Creek Crossing is a landmark Planned Unit Development and the first of its kind in The Dalles. Developed in close collaboration with Design Structures of The Dalles, this design/build project reflects a commitment to thoughtful community planning and quality architectural design.

Situated on a 7-acre site with a 15% slope, the 46-home subdivision offers a density of six homes per gross acre and dedicates 30% of the site to common open space. The design prioritizes pedestrian circulation and incorporates native landscaping to enhance the natural setting. Residents benefit from a diverse selection of floor plans and exterior styles, creating an inviting and varied neighborhood environment.
