This beautiful lower-level, daylight concrete space provides a very comfortable executive office environment. The 5,000 SF provides several private office areas, including a well-appointed kitchen, shower room, and workout area.

Client/Owner Cindy Austin-Dawson provided all interior design expertise. As the principal architect at Avalon at the time, Derrick helped with construction details, permitting, and space planning.
