KLP Office

Swerhone Architecture transformed a lower-level daylight concrete space into a comfortable and functional 5,000 SF executive office environment for KLP. The design includes multiple private offices, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a dedicated workout area, creating a balanced workspace for productivity and wellness.

The client and owner, Cindy Austin-Dawson, led all interior design efforts. Architect Derrick Swerhone supported the project with detailed construction documentation, permitting, and strategic space planning to ensure a smooth build process and optimal use of the space.
