Swerhone Architecture worked directly with the owner, Mr. Ron Jones, to develop his tenant’s plans and specifications. The project was challenged by way of current energy codes pertaining to conditioned space inside a freeze-protect-only warehouse space.
The tenant improvements were conducted through two phases, for speed of occupancy and function.
Phase-1: 4,904 SF warehouse and storage for the company’s operations; service vehicles will be loaded for delivery in the field. An independent unisex ADA-compliant restroom was included.
Phase-2: 1,425 SF of general office area with private office use, group work areas, a break room, and additional restrooms.
