164th Plaza

Swerhone Architecture led the remodel of the 164th Plaza Retail Center, consisting of four buildings totaling 38,000 SF. The project focused on modernizing and enhancing the retail spaces to improve functionality, aesthetics, and customer experience. Our design solutions balanced practical upgrades with a fresh look to meet the evolving needs of tenants and shoppers.
