Swerhone Architecture partnered with Dr. Cynthia Gray and her team to expand their medical practice into an adjacent 1,000 SF space, creating SpaBella Medical Spa. The design provided seamless internal access between the existing clinic and the new spa while maintaining separate entries and waiting areas for a clear distinction between medical and spa services.

The project also included upgrades to the existing surgical suite, adding dedicated “clean” and “soiled” rooms to enhance clinical functionality and meet regulatory standards for surgical use.

The completed facility now encompasses 2,640 SF, supporting a growing practice with an integrated, patient-focused environment for both medical and wellness care.
