The remodels of an existing restaurant into a small start up community church, in an economically deprived district, located along the I-5 corridor of Hazel Dell, WA. The congregation completely gutted the old Bavarian restaurant into a fellowship hall for worship. The Architect worked closely with the city to enable second story classrooms through new exterior exit stairs.
