The Architect worked directly with Dr. Gray & her staff. She expanded her practice into the adjacent 1,000 SF space, to be used as a “medi-spa”. The medical staff would have internal access from the existing Medical Practice to the Spa, but with separate entries and waiting areas. The scope of work also included the expansion and upgrading of the existing surgical suite. The “clean” & “soiled” rooms were added, enhancing functionality and regulatory surgical use.

The total medical practice and spa area is 2,640 SF.
